[Remote] Collections & Sales Support
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Living For Tomorrow is currently hiring remote customer service agents to handle collections and sales support calls. This role is ideal for individuals who can confidently manage sensitive conversations and offer solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Assist customers with account balances & payment arrangements
- Provide customer support while maintaining professionalism
- Offer solutions and upsell services when appropriate
- Accurately document all call details
Skills
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Ability to handle collections conversations professionally
- Comfortable with sales and upselling
- Basic computer skills + ability to navigate multiple systems
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Desktop or laptop (no tablets/Chromebooks)
- Wired USB headset
- Hardwired internet connection (no WiFi)
