[Remote] Concur Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. E78 Talent is seeking a hands-on Concur Consultant to support a short-term project focused on staff training, system testing, troubleshooting, and interface support. The consultant will train internal users on Concur processes, support testing activities, identify and troubleshoot system issues, and assist with interface validation and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide Concur training and user support for internal staff
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Support interface testing and validation between Concur and related systems
- Document issues, follow up on open items, and help drive resolution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve user understanding and system readiness
Skills
- Strong hands-on Concur experience
- Experience training end users or supporting system rollouts
- Ability to test, troubleshoot, and communicate system issues clearly
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a project-based consulting environment
