[Remote] Contract & Networks Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Saluda Medical is a commercial-stage medical device company focused on developing treatments for chronic neurological conditions. They are seeking a Contract & Networks Analyst to manage customer contracts, ensure compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance contract strategies.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts with high attention to detail
• Develop subject-matter expertise on contract formation, compliance
• Maintain contract records, metrics, and compliance materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage contracts, networks, members
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company regulations, policies
• Partner with sales representatives to strengthen contract position(s)
• Manage multiple projects/sprints, escalate complexities as needed

Skills

• Strong qualitative and communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn/expand medical device marketplace (and HLS Industry) know-how
• Strategic thinker; ability to support revenue-adjacent priorities and condense timelines
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, enjoys gamifying the routine to gain efficiencies
• Detail-oriented; can manage multiple detailed initiatives to completion
• Desire to grow and expand your scope of responsibility, credibility, influence
• Prior internship and/or direct experiences within the HLS Industry: strongly preferred
• Undergraduate social leadership/responsibility and/or honor society accolades: strongly preferred
