[Remote] Delivery Tech Recruiter

The role involves sourcing high-quality candidates, managing candidate relationships, and collaborating with Account Managers to fulfill client needs.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing high-quality technology candidates across a wide range of live roles
• Speaking with candidates, qualifying their experience, motivations, availability, and fit
• Building strong shortlists quickly without sacrificing quality
• Partnering closely with Account Managers and senior recruiters to deliver against client demand

Skills

• Proven recruitment delivery experience, ideally within technology, digital, software, data, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related markets
• Strong sourcing ability across LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and creative search methods
• A delivery-first mindset: you enjoy finding people, making approaches, building pipelines, and filling roles
• Based in the US, ideally East Coast, and comfortable working across US time zones
• Fast, sharp, reliable, and genuinely good at recruitment delivery
