Remote Fitness Program Designer

Create customized fitness plans based on individual client assessments, goals, and limitations. Develop engaging and effective group fitness class formats suitable for virtual platforms. Ensure all program content adheres to current fitness industry best practices and safety guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of fitness programs into the client platform. Stay current with the latest trends and research in fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Develop clear and concise instructions, video demonstrations, and supporting materials for program participants. Analyze client feedback and program performance data to refine and improve existing offerings. Contribute to the development of new fitness products and services. Maintain a high level of professionalism and client-focused communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Management, or a related field. Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM). Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness instruction, personal training, or fitness program development. Proven ability to design effective and engaging fitness programs for diverse populations. Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and exercise biomechanics. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and inspiring content. Proficiency with digital content creation tools and platforms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting. Creative thinking and a passion for promoting health and wellness. Experience with online fitness platforms or virtual coaching is highly desirable.
