[Remote] Global Head, Client Finance

Sodexo is seeking an exceptional Global Head, Client Finance to lead the financial and commercial performance of one of their most strategic global client accounts. This leadership role involves influencing strategy, shaping partnerships, and driving business transformation across a complex, multi-region environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global commercial and financial strategy for the account
- Drive mobilization, transformation, and contract optimization initiatives
- Design and enhance commercial frameworks and financial models to maximize value while mitigating risk
- Ensure delivery is fully aligned with contractual commitments and overarching strategic priorities
- Own end-to-end financial performance across revenue, margin, and cash flow
- Deliver clear, consistent, decision-ready reporting aligned with GSA standards
- Generate actionable insights to improve performance and inform senior leadership decisions
- Ensure achievement of savings targets and fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Establish and uphold strong financial governance, controls, and compliance practices
- Oversee tax, treasury, and accounting structures across the account
- Proactively identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks
- Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting in close partnership with regional teams
- Standardize and optimize global financial processes
- Align systems, tools, and reporting with contractual and operational requirements
- Embed best practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and transparency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, commercial strategy, or business performance roles
- Minimum Management Experience - 10 Years
- Minimum Functional Experience - 10 years in accounting or finance
- Strong ability to build trusted advisor relationships with client executives and key decision-makers
- Deep understanding of commercial structures, contract levers, and financial drivers within outsourced or managed service environments
- Experience leading client discussions on pricing, value creation, contract optimization, and performance improvement
- Proven ability to balance client objectives with company profitability and risk management
- Proven experience leading financial strategy for large, complex global accounts or contracts
- Strong background in commercial structuring, contract management, and financial modeling
- Experience operating in matrixed, multinational environments
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent
