[Remote] Healthcare Program Manager, Revenue Cycle (Prior Authorization)

They are seeking a Healthcare Program Manager to lead complex Healthcare IT programs focused on prior authorization automation and improving integration between providers and payers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver programs across scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Manage risks, issues, budgets, and program execution
- Drive stakeholder alignment across clinical, IT, and payer teams
- Lead vendor partnerships (such as Humata)
- Drive adoption of new workflows and systems
Skills
- 5–7+ years Healthcare IT Program Management experience
- Revenue Cycle experience required
- Prior Authorization workflow knowledge
- Experience leading large, cross-functional programs
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Prior Authorization & Utilization Management workflows
- HL7 FHIR & interoperability frameworks (e.g., Da Vinci guides)
- EDI transactions (e.g., X12 278)
- EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner)
- CMS prior authorization mandates
- HIPAA / PHI compliance
- Bachelor's degree (technical field preferred)
- PMP / PMI certification preferred
