[Remote] Human Resources Information System Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Capstone Technology Resources, Inc. is seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner certified in Workday HCM and Recruiting to support their Talent Acquisition and People Services functions. This role involves partnering with business stakeholders to drive process optimization, manage system enhancements, and ensure successful delivery of Workday bi-annual releases.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between Talent Acquisition, People Services, and technical production support teams
- Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and user experience
- Own the product intake backlog, prioritize enhancements, and translate business needs into functional requirements
- Lead release management activities, including impact analysis, testing coordination, and deployment readiness
- Develop and execute clear, timely release communications to stakeholders and end users
- Ensure system configurations align with business goals, compliance requirements, and best practices
Skills
- Workday certifications in HCM and Recruiting (Required)
- 3-5+ years of experience as a BSA, Product Owner, or similar role supporting Workday HCM
- Proven background in project management and Workday release management cycles
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, HR operations, testing, and change management
- Technical tool proficiency: Airtable, Confluence, Jira, and MS Suite
