[Remote] Instructional Designer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is a well-known company based in Orange County seeking an Instructional Designer for a freelance role. The main responsibilities include creating and maintaining training materials, supporting learning content for various operational updates, and working with internal partners to clarify training needs.

Responsibilities

• Help create and maintain training materials for in-store teams
• Support learning content for operational updates, product launches, equipment changes, and technology rollouts
• Update core training resources used for onboarding, daily operations, and ongoing performance support
• Work with internal partners to gather information, clarify training needs, and organize content
• Edit and prepare learning assets for digital platforms, print distribution, and system uploads
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the learning management system
• Use strong writing, organization, and attention to detail to support effective training delivery

Skills

• Bilingual in English / Spanish or English / Korean is required
• Help create and maintain training materials for in-store teams
• Support learning content for operational updates, product launches, equipment changes, and technology rollouts
• Update core training resources used for onboarding, daily operations, and ongoing performance support
• Work with internal partners to gather information, clarify training needs, and organize content

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Must be very proficient with Adobe InDesign and accustomed to designing documents in line with brand guidelines
• Savvy with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Exceptional eye for detail
• Ideal for candidates with experience in instructional design, training coordination, or operations support
