Responsibilities

• Own your time and build an agency of your own
• Follow a clear path from producer to agency owner
• Utilize operational and lead systems already in place
• Obtain licensing support to become fully licensed within 7 to 14 days
• Earn commission-based pay with performance bonuses and no earning ceiling
• Receive mentorship from experienced agency builders

Skills

• An active life insurance license is required
• You're entrepreneurially wired and ready to build inside a proven structure
