[Remote] IS Analyst Lead

They are seeking an IS Analyst Lead who will analyze, modify, and support application systems while consulting with users to clarify program objectives and enhance organizational processes.
Responsibilities
- Performs analysis of assigned applications and business processes/functions
- Modifies and supports assigned applications/systems as appropriate
- Partners and communicates with assigned customers/end users
- Maintains and enhances professional competencies and industry knowledge
- Performs lead duties
- Performs other related duties as required
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 9 years of related experience, OR 6 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Proficiency working with databases, online solutions and the programming languages commonly used at the organization's information services division
- Analytical skills and ability to use logical thought processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under stressful situations with frequent interruptions and frequent changes in priorities
- Ability to work flexible schedules such as nights, weekends, extended shifts, etc., travel throughout and between facilities, and travel out of town occasionally
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of programming experience
