[Remote] IT Helpdesk
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rogers Enterprises Inc. is a family-owned company with over 100 years of success! The IT Help Desk will provide technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution to all users by performing question/problem diagnosis and guide users through step-by-step solutions in a call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to end users on a variety of issues
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
- Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support
- Document, track, and monitor the problems to ensure a timely resolution
- Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Works under immediate supervision
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment

- Able to adapt to a changing environment
- Must have advanced personal computer word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and Windows skills
- Must be effective in interpersonal communications and problem solving

- Adhere to the established standards and policies when resolving problems
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of techniques and procedures concerning software and network support for multiple users
- Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking, and accessory equipment
