[Remote] IT Project Manager (Multi-Project / Dynamics 365)

Everest Technologies, Inc is seeking a highly organized and versatile IT Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery from kickoff to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously manage multiple IT projects varying in size, scope, and complexity, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope
• Partner with technical teams and business analysts to oversee enhancements, integrations, or optimizations within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and resource allocations to maximize efficiency across all active projects
• Serve as the primary bridge between technical execution teams and non-technical business stakeholders, translating complex IT updates into clear business impacts
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage project dependencies, and handle scope changes with agility in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager successfully managing 3 or more projects concurrently
• Past experience managing implementations, modules, or integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (e.g., Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Sales/CRM) is highly advantageous
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks, and the ability to apply the right methodology based on the project's needs
• Proficiency with modern project management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• The ability to context-shift rapidly between completely different projects and teams throughout the day while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively facilitate meetings, manage expectations, and present status updates to leadership
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to foresee project risks and address them before they impact deadlines
