Requirements
- 3+ years of direct experience managing Meta ads specifically for a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Proven ability to brief and work collaboratively with creative teams to produce high-performing video and static assets.
- Strong ability to interpret performance data and clearly articulate the narrative behind trends to leadership.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive projects forward independently in a remote setting.
