[Remote] Mechanical Engineer

This position involves hands-on HVAC and mechanical system design for complex buildings, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with top-tier engineers across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Work on and own HVAC and mechanical system design for complex buildings
- Act as Engineer of Record on select projects
- Work across federal, higher ed, commercial, and healthcare projects
- Collaborate with top tier engineers nationwide (remotely)
- Mentor junior engineers without being forced into management
Skills
- PE license
- 5+ years in MEP consulting
- Strong HVAC and building systems design experience
- Revit experience
