[Remote] Mid-Level AI Engineer

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to design and implement AI models and algorithms
- Build, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions for automation, analytics, and business process improvement
- Research and stay current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices
- Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models
- Assist in deploying AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
Skills
- Experience: 2–3 years in AI, machine learning, or a related field OR a strong academic background with notable AI/ML projects
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical concepts
- Proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for new challenges
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving technologies
- Genuine passion for AI and its transformative potential for businesses
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ML deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
