[Remote] Oncology Analyst - Remote - Contract

Kodeva LLC is a company specializing in IT consulting and staffing solutions, and they are seeking an Oncology Applications Analyst to support and maintain legacy Oncology applications within a healthcare environment. The role involves collaborating with clinicians and vendors, executing upgrades, and providing support during system transitions.
Responsibilities
- Experience in Healthcare IT to support, maintain and upgrade legacy Oncology applications within a healthcare environment and good understanding of clinical Oncology workflows
- Should have experience in Oncology specific applications: Insightive, BrainLab, Doc3EHR, Mobius 3D, MUCheck, PipsPro, RadCalc, Elekta Oncentra Brachy, Elekta Teleport, MIM Maestro, Progeny Clinical, ClearCheck and upgrades
- Experience with Procedure Code Libraries and treatment planning systems
- Familiar with Aria and Mosaiq and how they interface with the above listed applications
- Required good understanding of servers, including physical, virtual and Citrix
- Collaborate with clinicians, physicists and vendors to ensure system continuity during upgrades
- Strong working knowledge of technical Server functionality, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with HL7 interfaces
- Plan, coordinate and execute upgrades for servers, virtual machines and workstations
- Collaborate with Customer, vendor, and Clinical stakeholders to coordinate upgrade schedules and testing
- Perform Integration Testing with EMR & HL7 interfaces
- Plan, coordinate and execute upgrades for servers, virtual machines and workstations
- Conduct system validation and regression testing to ensure upgrades meet functional and performance standards
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support during go-live and hyper care
- Monitor and troubleshoot post-upgrade issues to ensure operational continuity
Skills
