[Remote] Operations Analyst (2463)

The Operations Analyst will collect and analyze data to ensure compliance with procedures and work collaboratively to enhance operational capabilities and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Review the company’s data, build reports, and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency within the organization
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to senior management
- Work closely with Finance often to connect operational performance with financial performance
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and achieving business goals
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related role, preferably within the environmental solutions or specialty containment industry
- Proficient in data analysis tools and familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills while working with different levels of management
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
