[Remote] PLM SAP Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SIRITECH SOLUTIONS CORP is seeking an experienced PLM SAP Consultant to support an ongoing Windchill PLM implementation initiative. The selected consultant will act as a bridge between SAP and Windchill environments, ensuring accurate data mapping, business process alignment, and successful system integration.
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing Windchill PLM implementation activities
- Analyze existing SAP configurations and business processes
- Translate SAP functionality into Windchill PLM functionality
- Define and document field mappings between SAP and Windchill
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure accurate data conversion
- Identify and resolve integration and configuration gaps
- Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process implementation
- Validate business rules, workflows, and object mappings
- Assist with data migration, transformation, and validation activities
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful implementation
- Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, testing, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization
- Support project documentation and knowledge transfer activities
Skills
- 10+ years of IT and enterprise systems experience
- Strong expertise in Windchill PLM
- Strong expertise in SAP
- Proven experience supporting PLM implementations and integrations
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and system configurations
- Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM implementations
- Strong experience with SAP business processes and configurations
- Experience mapping SAP data structures to Windchill PLM
- Experience with Material Master Data
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Experience with Engineering Change Management
- Experience with Product Data Management
- Experience supporting enterprise integration projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
- Experience translating business requirements into system configurations
