[Remote] Project Administrator

They are seeking a Project Administrator to support government-funded programs by ensuring compliance, contract coordination, and operational support to keep projects organized and moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration of contracts, subcontracts, and related documentation
  • Assist with proposal coordination, award processing, invoicing support, and closeout activities
  • Track deliverables, milestones, funding, and reporting timelines
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and compliant contract files
  • Provide day-to-day support to program leadership and team members
  • Coordinate meetings with internal teams, government representatives, and partners
  • Help drive special projects and strategic program initiatives
  • Contribute to the overall execution and success of program activities

Skills

  • U.S. citizenship (required)
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Confidence working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Experience in administrative or project support roles is helpful, but not required
