[Remote] Project Manager

They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee client engagements, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure clear communication to deliver projects successfully.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects end-to-end
- Track and maintain project timelines, budgets, and overall health
- Ensure delivery stays aligned with scope, expectations, and constraints
- Identify risks early and escalate when needed
- Track project hours, burn rates, and utilization
- Monitor project budgets to ensure alignment with delivery expectations
- Flag risks to timeline or margin early and clearly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting across projects
- Manage and maintain project roadmaps, priorities, and requirements
- Ensure work is clearly defined, scoped, and ready for execution
- Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into actionable work
- Adapt plans as project needs evolve—especially in AI-driven environments
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during delivery
- Maintain clear, proactive, and consistent communication
- Ensure expectations are aligned and updated throughout the project lifecycle
- Support strong client satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Work closely with engineering to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
- Coordinate across stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently
- Ensure smooth handoffs and communication across teams
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management within: Professional services, Consulting, Custom software or digital product development
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, and client communication
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery methodologies
- Comfort working in environments where requirements evolve over time
- Experience working on AI, automation, or technical projects
