[Remote] Project Manager – Imaging

GE HealthCare is seeking a Project Manager – Imaging responsible for leading the installation and implementation of diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of imaging equipment installations, from sales order review through customer handoff
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, and coordination across all phases of the installation lifecycle
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues that may impact timelines, cost, or customer satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between GE HealthCare and the customer for all installation-related activities
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution
  • Ensure successful customer onboarding and training in partnership with Application teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales, Service, Applications, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Coordinate resources and activities across internal and external stakeholders
  • Align project execution with commercial commitments and operational capabilities
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, tools, and processes
  • Drive productivity and efficiency throughout the installation process
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of project management experience, or an associate degree with a minimum of five years of project management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to work from a home office and travel regularly, including overnight travel as required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Formal project management training or coursework
  • Experience in construction, site planning, or working with building trades
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with successful on-time delivery
  • Customer-facing experience in clinical or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with GE HealthCare imaging products
  • Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or MagicPlan
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Six Sigma certification or Lean experience
