[Remote] Project Manager (Remote)

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking multiple Project Managers to support a high-volume, multi-site signage and brand implementation program. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from kickoff through completion (scope, schedule, budget, and quality)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, field services)
- Develop and maintain project timelines and execution plans
- Source and manage installers and subcontractors
- Track project progress, financials, and key milestones
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Skills
- Experience managing projects in: Construction
- Experience managing projects in: Manufacturing
- Experience managing projects in: OR multi-site rollouts/programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Solid understanding of budgeting and project financial tracking
- PMP or CAPM certification
