[Remote] Recruiter

They are seeking an energetic and strategic Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts, partner with hiring managers, and develop creative recruiting campaigns to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment for assigned business lines from sourcing and screening to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, design hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Develop creative and targeted recruiting campaigns that attract top talent in competitive markets
- Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
- Manage applicant data and ensure accuracy and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Represent MorseLife at job fairs, campus events, and industry conferences
- Facilitate selection discussions and guide hiring managers through the decision-making process
- Collaborate on onboarding and credentialing to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
- Maintain strong relationships with new hires to encourage referrals and gather feedback
- Stay ahead of trends in talent acquisition; always bringing new ideas to the table
