[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

The Recruiting Coordinator will facilitate interview scheduling and ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting the recruiting team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Provide an exceptional experience for all stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers
• Actively identify opportunities for streamlining recruitment processes, contributing ideas, and implementing improvements
• Be an active participant in recruitment strategy meetings to understand the needs of the hiring team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and scheduling system (ModernLoop)
• Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing interview materials, coordinating travel arrangements (if applicable), and managing recruitment-related documentation
• Represent Upstart’s Recruiting function in a positive and professional manner for both internal and external stakeholders

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations
• Previous experience with scheduling or calendaring (Greenhouse and ModernLoop is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enthusiastic team player with a proactive and positive attitude
