[Remote] Remote Financial Analyst

Chronic Care Staffing is a growing healthcare organization seeking a Financial Analyst who can transform financial and operational information into meaningful insights. The role involves partnering with leadership to evaluate trends, improve processes, and develop dashboards while providing recommendations that influence business operations and growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting tools
- Develop financial models that support strategic and operational decision-making
- Monitor revenue, profitability, workforce utilization, and key business metrics
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve business processes
- Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals and performance initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis
- Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Experience with QuickBooks, Intuit, or similar financial systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
- Healthcare staffing, healthcare operations, or healthcare services experience
- Experience with forecasting, KPI development, and operational analytics
- Experience automating reports and improving business processes
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications
