Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills for remote teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with retail analytics tools.
