[Remote] RFP & Proposal Writer (Remote)

The RFP & Proposal Writer will support sales teams by managing complex proposal generation and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective collaboration and timely delivery of proposals.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales support to our sales teams and leadership
• Manages and supports efforts that drive enterprise target goals
• Ensures an overall positive internal and external customer experience
• Manages high-volume RFP proposal generation
• Possesses the ability to effectively manage job responsibilities in a dynamic work environment; both as a sole contributor and a team contributor
• Meets deadlines by optimizing enterprise collaboration
• Effectively uses technologies such as Salesforce and Loopio
• Leads review and appraisal activities
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in handling administrative and technical tasks supporting a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Communications, or related field
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently as a solid team collaborator and individual contributor
• Strong relationship building skills required with a passion for servicing internal and external clients
• Advanced organizational skills with a drive to respect and meet challenging deadlines
• An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar proficiencies
• An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) preferred
