[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Fleet
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hertz is one of the largest global mobility organizations, currently undergoing a significant digital transformation. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and communicate product vision and strategy, conduct market research, and oversee the development of fleet management technologies utilizing AI and ML.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market needs
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI/ML, telematics, and vehicle diagnostics
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on customer feedback and business objectives
- Oversee the ideation, definition, development, testing, launch, and monitoring of features end-to-end
- Work closely with engineering, data science, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies
- Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes, fostering transparency and trust
- Provide training and support to service partners and customers, ensuring they can effectively use the product
Skills
- Bachelor's degree; Prefer an MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience (e.g. vision setting, product definition, trade off making, testing, release management, measurement / feature enhancement, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
- Ability to influence
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
