[Remote] Senior Software Engineer (Backend / Platform) - REMOTE

CyberCoders is a rapidly growing software company seeking Senior Engineers to help build scalable products and internal systems for enterprise customers. This role involves designing and building backend services and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop systems that support high-volume operational workflows
- Work across product, platform, and infrastructure initiatives
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ship quickly
- Contribute to architecture and technical decision making
- Own projects throughout the full development lifecycle
Skills
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building modern backend systems
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly autonomous environments
- Strong ownership mentality and product thinking
- Experience with some combination of Node.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS or other cloud platforms, Distributed systems / event-driven architectures
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
- Startup or high-growth product company experience preferred
