[Remote] Senior Speech Recognition Engineer (ASR / Voice AI)

They are seeking a Senior Speech Recognition Engineer to enhance the reliability and quality of their conversational stack, addressing challenges related to telephony audio and real-time streaming ASR.
Responsibilities
- You’d own a huge part of the ASR quality layer across live patient conversations
- You’ll be working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify conversational failure patterns and improve system performance end-to-end
Skills
- Experience with noisy telephony audio
- Experience with real-time streaming ASR
- Experience handling interruptions and crosstalk
- Experience with low-volume speakers
- Experience with endpointing and latency
