Remote Senior Treasury Analyst
A rapidly growing global consumer and lifestyle brand is seeking an Interim Senior Treasury Analyst to support its Treasury team during a period of significant international expansion. This consultant will work closely with the Treasury Manager to support the setup of new international banking infrastructure across Europe and Asia. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with international bank guarantees, cross-border banking operations, and the opening of international bank accounts across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
Review, interpret, and manage international bank guarantees to ensure appropriate terms, compliance requirements, and operational readiness Support the setup and opening of international bank accounts across Europe, Asia, and other global markets Coordinate required banking documentation, forms, and onboarding materials Serve as a liaison between internal Legal, Finance, and Treasury teams and international banking partners Track and manage multiple international banking projects simultaneously Assist with treasury operations and global banking process optimization initiatives Partner with stakeholders to ensure treasury infrastructure supports continued international growth Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on banking and compliance requirements Qualifications 3-5+ years of treasury experience required Strong experience with: International bank guarantees Opening international bank accounts Cross-border treasury operations Understanding of international banking frameworks, particularly across Europe and Asia Prior experience within a multinational consumer products, retail, apparel, ecommerce, or lifestyle company strongly preferred Financial institution experience supporting multinational clients is also highly relevant Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
