[Remote] SEO Content Strategist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking a remote SEO Content Strategist to enhance their digital experiences through strategic content development. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure SEO-driven content aligns with brand goals and performs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key connector between their SEO agency partners, brand marketing team, and website production and creative teams
- Ensure every piece of content is aligned, elevated, and built to perform
- Apply your SEO expertise to enhance the quality and impact of our digital experiences
- Help define how campaigns come to life
- Contribute to a test-and-learn culture
- Improve the systems and workflows that support our growth
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SEO content writing (agency or in-house)
- 3+ years as a Manager/Team Lead
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword strategy, search intent, and on-page optimization
- Ability to translate SEO performance data into clear insights and tangible SEO recommendations
- Demonstrated experience analyzing content performance using data to drive optimization
- Proven ability to create content that is both performance-driven and brand-elevated
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, and production
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting dashboards)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident communicating in a client environment
- Familiarity with tools such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or GA4
- Experience working in CMS platforms (including headless environments)
- Exposure to content performance analysis and optimization workflows
