The role involves managing social media presence, developing strategies, creating content, and analyzing performance data to drive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies that drive visibility and engagement
- Create, edit, and publish platform-specific content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
- Write sharp, natural-sounding captions and hooks tailored for U.S. business audiences
- Identify and repurpose high-performing content for ad campaigns on YouTube or Meta
- Analyze performance data and recommend improvements based on insights
- Stay on top of platform trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep our brand fresh and relevant
Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience managing or creating social media content
- Deep understanding of U.S. tone, culture, and social trends
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills
- Ability to write persuasive, engaging social copy that feels natural and conversational
- Analytical mindset and curiosity for testing, learning, and improving
- Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable — you take ownership of results
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or YouTube Ads preferred (even at a basic level)
