[Remote] Technical Recruiter

They are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical teams, helping to attract and hire top engineering, product, and data talent.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product Management, and related functions
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring priorities
- Source, engage, and evaluate passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and overall fit
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruiting metrics and provide market insights to hiring teams and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, machine learning, data science, infrastructure, or product roles
- Proven success sourcing passive technical talent in competitive markets
- Experience partnering with engineering leaders and technical hiring managers
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets, recruiting methodologies, and candidate assessment practices
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Experience working in startup, high-growth, or fast-paced technology environments
