[Remote] TSD Operations Specialist

They are seeking a TSD Operations Specialist to support the Technical Solutions Delivery engine by executing operational workflows, managing requests, and maintaining accurate records while learning and utilizing new tools including AI-enabled platforms.
Responsibilities
- Execute established operational workflows that support TSD programs and partner motions
- Manage intake, tracking, and follow-through on operational requests
- Maintain accurate trackers, records, and basic operational reporting
- Support documentation of current workflows and process steps
- Learn and use new tools, including AI-enabled platforms, with guidance
- Assist with testing and adoption of new processes when introduced
- Act as a reliable operational support partner for the wider TSD team
Skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting operational, coordination, or administrative workflows
- Proven ability to follow documented processes and maintain high attention to detail
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with trackers, checklists, and structured task management
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and systems over time
- Interest in technology, operations, or automation (prior AI experience not required)
- Thrives with clear direction, defined expectations, and collaborative support
