They are seeking a Web-Based Customer Service Agent who will build relationships with members, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and provide exceptional support throughout the application process.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships by connecting daily with members to understand their insurance needs
- Deliver tailored supplemental insurance solutions that align with their financial goals
- Provide exceptional support through the application process and beyond
- Conduct policy reviews and assist with claims, maintaining the highest standards of care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, earning the trust of every member
Skills
- Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Tech-savviness and strong organizational skills for a remote work environment
- A problem-solving attitude and a knack for crafting effective solutions
- Eligibility to obtain a Life Insurance License
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Sales experience (a plus, but not required—we provide excellent training!)
