Sales Development Rep (SDR)

What You'll Own Research and prioritize contacts within your assigned target account list, then execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings. You'll book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records of your activity and results, and use Wiza to identify, enrich, and prioritize contacts for outbound campaigns. Beyond hitting your numbers, you'll contribute to the team, sharing feedback that helps sharpen our messaging, cadences, and outbound playbooks based on what's actually working in the field.

Requirements

• Based in Canada or United States
• 6+ months of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in SaaS
• Proven outbound track record with cold calling experience; comfort with high call volume is a must
• Understands the impact of bad contact data in your day-to-day role
• Familiarity with platforms in our space like Zoominfo, Clay, Apollo, etc
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to consistently hit high daily activity targets while working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Nooks, or Gong
• Background in the software or technology industry
• Experience working with or knowledge of prospecting and data enrichment tools like Wiza
