Sales Support Representative

What you’ll do: Support Sales with day-to-day commercial and administrative activities Act as a first point of contact for customers when needed, ensuring a professional and timely response Coordinate meetings, presentations and sales documentation Help manage orders, pricing approvals and internal processes, keeping everything on track Contribute to lead tracking and opportunity follow-up, helping turn interest into results Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in a B2B environment Experience supporting sales, customer service or commercial teams Familiarity with sales processes, order management and customer interactions Skills: Strong communication skills, both internally and with customers High level of accountability and attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships Good organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Ability to analyze data and create clear presentations Comfortable using search tools and social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) for research and networking What We Offer: A role where you can directly impact sales success and customer experience Opportunities for learning, development and career growth within Eaton A supportive, collaborative team environment Exposure to international stakeholders and a dynamic B2B environment #LI-KK1 All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
