- 10+ years of IT experience
- 6 + years of experience in Salesforce Development.
- Healthcare payer insurance experience
- Build backend logic and frontend interfaces using Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and occasionally Visualforce.
- Connect Salesforce with external software (e.g., ERP systems, marketing tools) using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Use out-of-the-box automation tools to minimize hard-coding where possible.
- Write unit tests to ensure high code coverage, perform system debugging, and deploy changes safely using Salesforce Sandboxes and version control.
- Monitor platform performance, resolve technical bugs, and ensure system governance aligns with Salesforce Security guidelines.
- Strong command of Java-like syntax in Apex, alongside JavaScript and SQL/SOQL.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Excel, or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Apply To this Job
