Responsibilities
- Work with Business Analysts / Systems Analysts, and other technology Developers / Solution Designers to ensure the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
- Develop new features for existing products or create entirely new products based on market needs
- Design and develop new applications based on client requirements
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Create and maintain technical documentation for new and existing applications
- Develop technical specifications for new projects
- Support and maintain applications post-launch to ensure performance and functionality
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Force.com development experience with a strong focus on Apex/Aura/LWC
- 1+ years of Java or C# and web application development experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Proven experience in developing solutions to real customer problems
- Team player with leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
