SCRUM MASTER - 1 YEAR CONTRACT REMOTE
Scrum Master The Opportunity: We are seeking a Scrum Master to serve multiple teams on data-driven projects. Roles and responsibilities include:
- Serve as Scrum Master for two or more development teams in an Agile SAFe environment
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and team‑level PI planning activities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and release planning
- Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies, and help teams navigate ambiguity
- Track and communicate progress, risks, and metrics that matter, and explain why they matter
- Promote positive team dynamics, open communication, and psychological safety
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
Experience Needed:
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of partners
- Comfort working in evolving environments where priorities may shift
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Lean principles in practice, not just in theory
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for workflow management, reporting, and metrics
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and modern digital technology environments.
- Experience facilitating scaled Agile ceremonies.
