Job Description

As a Seasonal Educational Support Advocate at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Exceptional Support: Respond to student inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on a range of topics related to higher education.

  • Meeting Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, software, and internet-based tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff.

Preferred Qualifications
