Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Parental Leave Hands on Training Retirement Plan Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements: Valid Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required). Previous Allstate carrier experience (Required). Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the insurance industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions. A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships. Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently. Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the insurance field. Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide expert guidance. Develop and present customized insurance proposals that meet individual client needs. Effectively manage a sales pipeline, from initial contact through closing the deal. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a diverse clientele. Stay current with insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
