Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities
Responsibilities Design and implement scalable AI/agentic systems using LLMs, APIs, workflows, and distributed services. Own systems end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and operational excellence. Build reliable agent orchestration, tool-use, memory, context management, and retrieval-augmented generation systems. Develop backend services, APIs, and infrastructure for AI-powered product features. Collaborate with product, design, data, and ML teams to ship high-impact AI capabilities. Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar in team.
Requirements
Strong software engineering experience building production systems at scale. Deep experience with backend development, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms. Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, or model evaluation. Strong coding ability in languages such as TypeScript, Java, Kotlin. Experience designing reliable, observable, and secure systems. Ability to break down ambiguous AI problems into clean, shippable engineering solutions.
Nice to Have
Experience building custom agent frameworks. Experience with ML infrastructure, model serving, experimentation, or evaluation platforms. Familiarity with safety, privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices.
