- Manage social media platforms to enhance athlete visibility and engagement through strategic content creation and marketing campaigns
- Negotiate contracts, endorsement deals, and sponsorship agreements that maximize value for clients
- Oversee talent management activities, including career planning, branding, and public relations strategies
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by recruiting promising athletes and identifying emerging talent in various sports disciplines
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote athletes’ personal brands and professional achievements
- Handle agency management tasks such as client onboarding, contract administration, and compliance monitoring
- Coordinate sales efforts by identifying partnership opportunities and securing lucrative deals for clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, social media marketing, or digital branding within the sports or entertainment industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing favorable deals and agreements
- Knowledge of talent management practices, including career development and public relations
- Experience in agency management or talent acquisition processes is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with contracts, marketing strategies, sales techniques, and recruiting methods relevant to sports professionals
