Our services include sports management, nutrition, and coaching, alongside creating pathways and providing resources to maximize opportunities for athletic success. We are passionate about empowering athletes to excel on and off the field. Role Description This is a remote role for a Sports Agent. The Sports Agent will manage athlete representation, negotiate contracts, develop sponsorships, and build professional relationships with clients and organizations. Responsibilities also include identifying scholarship opportunities, providing guidance through the U.S. college system, and supporting athletes in achieving their career goals. Daily tasks involve coordinating schedules, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and providing personalized support tailored to each athlete's needs.
Qualifications
- Passion for everything Sports
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong Team Leadership skills and the ability to guide athletes effectively
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong network and understanding of the U.S. college sports system
- Passion for sports and helping athletes succeed
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
