Sr. DevOps Engineer (AWS / Databricks / CI/CD) - W2 Contract - No C2C
Role: Sr. DevOps Engineer (AWS / Databricks / CI/CD) Location: Remote from any of the given locations (San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Richmond, VA, Kansas City, MO; Cleveland, OH; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX) Type of Employment: Contract Duration: Long Term Job Description: We are seeking a Sr. DevOps Engineer to support a large-scale cloud data platform initiative focused on modernizing enterprise data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. Required Skills:
- 5+ years of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience
- Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Maven
- Experience with Databricks and modern data platforms
- Knowledge of Collibra, Immuta, and Starburst
- Strong scripting and Linux administration skills
- Experience with Git, BitBucket, CodeCommit, Nexus, or Artifactory
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira / VersionOne
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Support Databricks, Immuta, Starburst, and Collibra integrations in AWS
- Automate deployments, monitoring, and operational processes
- Implement security and data governance best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve scalability and reliability
