We are only hiring in the United States. Must be able to make calls prior to 3PM Eastern Time Zone. Compensation: $12-$17/hr DOE + $50 per appointment held Employment Type: Contract (Long-Term Opportunity for the Right Candidate) Experience Level: Minimum 1 Year Required (Solar Experience is a Bonus) Job Title: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter Time Commitment: Estimated 8 - 10 hours per week This is a Contractor position (not a full or part time position), therefore there are no company benefits. Are you a confident, outgoing communicator with at least one year of cold calling experience? We’re looking for a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team and connect with business owners who have already requested more information about our digital marketing services. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling marketing leaders and business leaders who have expressed interest in our company.
- Engaging them in a friendly and professional conversation.
- Scheduling appointments for our team to discuss further.
- Following a script that makes booking appointments simple.
- Accurately logging call results and maintaining follow-ups when needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience required.
- Experience in Solar Industry cold calling is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.

- Basic computer skills to log calls and update appointment details.
