Virtual Admin Assistant - $30 an Hour

Creative writing organization seeks part-time admin to handle a variety of tasks. Ideal candidates will be problem-solvers and able to work independently. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Organize applicants using our CRM
  • Bill authors and keep track of all billing
  • Email authors and convince them to join the program
  • Be able to design graphics in Canva
  • Onboard authors into the program
  • Schedule Video Clips on Social Media REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of Admin experience
  • 2+ years experience with Project Management/CRM programs
  • BA degree
  • Brilliant at writing HUMAN emails, not copy/pasting from computer minds
